Are you new to the gym and find yourself feeling a little shy or intimidated in a gym environment? This minimal equipment program is PERFECT for you!!

This 6 week program includes access to the SLF training app where programs are built with minimal equipment.

Calling all boss babes!! The Boss Babe Program is perfect for those hard working queen's who struggle to find time for themselves!

 

This 6-week program has been designed to teach you everything you need to know about glutes, from how to train them, to how you can actually build them through targeted nutrition approaches and strength training.

Our Build Program has a specific focus on creating healthy habits, improving overall fitness and building lean muscle. The training component is primarily resistance-style weight training, with a daily steps target. Both home and gym program options are available.

Our Shred Program has a specific focus on improving overall fitness and shredding body fat to expose existing muscle and achieve the ‘toned’ look.
